 2. How "Try-On" works

We recommend using the Try-On feature on Website or Tablet for better user experience and navigation.

The feature is also available on mobile smartphone, but less user-friendly navigation due to small screen constraint.

First, you need to select  a "model photo" from library,  or upload your photo from file folder, or capture your image with Webcam. Then, click on the "Try-On" of the eyewear frame to view how it fits and looks  best on your face photo. If necessary, adjust the position of the frame using up, down, left and right arrows.

 3. How get a Refund

You can exchange or return a product item for a FULL Refund within 30 days of a purchase.

 4.  How get Free Shipping

Ipexcare offers FREE shipping for order over $59 in USA. 

"Flat Rate Shipping" will be applied for order less than $59.

All items will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). The time delivery will take from 2-8 business days.

 6.  Can I use "Health Saving Accounts" or "Flexible Saving Accounts" or "Insurance Plan":

In general, as long as your HSA or FSA links to a credit card, eyewears with prescription are eligible to be purchased using funds from these accounts.

If you have an out-of-network benefit included in your insurance plan, in general, you can claim reimbursement by simply submitting a claim form and Ipexcare’s receipt to your insurance provider.
